The second half of this episode. Was for the Visual Novel of this show. It basically reviews what transpired on that fateful day( episodes 1-5). It was essential for the game, for it help point out mistakes, and key events for the player to better understand the plot.

Whoa awesome episode can't wait for the next. Their declaration of war has happened. Also we get to see one of the Higurashi characters "Alter ego" and if you've watched Higurashi you'd understand what that character is talking about.r
