Village
Kirigakure (霧隠れの里, Kirigakure; Literally meaning "Village Hidden in the Mist"), called Kiri for short, is located in the Land of Water. The official head ninja of Kirigakure is the Mizukage. It is also the place from which the Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist hail. Kakashi and Orochimaru have both stated that Kiri has a strong and ruthless military that could not be easily defeated.
History
The Kaguya clan waged a war against Kirigakure sometime in the past, and were slaughtered by the village's superior forces. Zabuza Momochi also tried to assassinate the Mizukage. His attempt failed and from that point further Kirigakure began hunting him.
Madara Uchiha, founder of Konohagakure and Akatsuki, was once Mizukage of the village. Kisame Hoshigaki, Akatsuki member and strongest of the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist, also once hailed here, and was apparently the closest to Madara. However, he defected when he tried to overthrow the government and assassinated several officials.
The village also had the Three-Tailed Giant Turtle and the Six-Tailed Slug in its possession, but the former was was removed from Yagura for some unknown reason and the beast began to roam free. The latter's host, Utakata, was captured and had his tailed beast extracted by Akatsuki.
Ironically, despite having a violent graduation ritual, the Mist Village is, among the five great shinobi villages, the one that has not participated in any known major shinobi conflict. Though, it may be because it is significantly farther from the mainland or that it has too many internal conflicts to involve itself with the other village.

■ 7 Ninja Swordsman Of The Mist (61-95 Points Or To Be Choosen By There 7NS Master.)
The Seven Ninja Swordsmen of the Mist (霧の忍刀七人衆, Kiri no Shinobigatana Nananin Shū) is an organization consisting of only the greatest blade-wielding shinobi that Kirigakure can produce. There can only be seven members at a time.
■ Apprentice (No Points Required)
Apprentices are a beginner and the one who is learning the ones that their master is teaching them, In short there are the Students of the 7 Ninja Swordsmen of The Mist.
Apprentices has a Big role as a swordsman, their the ones whos gonna replace their Master incase they retire of being one of the 7 Ninja Swordsmen of The Mist.(To become one of The 7 Ninja Swordsmen, you will be hand pick by your Master, no one else.)
Maximum 3 Apprentice per Swordsman
■ Sage (80-95 Points)
An individual who is able to utilize Senjutsu (仙術, Sage Techniques), and has mastered the art of Sage Mode is called a sage (仙人, sennin).
In Kirigakure we have 5 Elemental Sage they are:
Fire Sage
Wind Sage
Lightning Sage
Water Sage
Earth Sage
■ Anbu (75- 90 Points)
The ANBU (暗部, ANBU; "Black Ops"/"ANBU Black Ops") is short for ANsatsu Senjutsu Tokushu BUtai (暗殺戦術特殊部隊, "Special Assassination and Tactical Squad") ANBU are under direct control of their Kage. They protect the village from exceptional threats, conduct high-risk missions into enemy countries, and deal with extremely strong ninja. They are also responsible for carrying out assassinations, tracking, surveillance, and missions requiring specially trained ninja.

■ Jonin (46-79 Points)
Jonin (上忍, Jōnin; "High Ninja/Elite Ninja") are generally highly-experienced ninja with great individual skill who serve as military captains. They are often sent on A-Rank missions, and experienced Jonin may even be sent on S-Class missions (which are considered to be the greatest difficulty). It is not unusual for Jonin to go on missions alone. Jonin are generally able to use at least two types of elemental chakra, some genjutsu, and above-average taijutsu skills.
■ Tokubetsu Jonin (31-45 Points)
Tokubetsu Jonin (特別上忍, Literally meaning "Special High Ninja"; sometimes known as Tokujō for short) are ninja who, rather than all-around Jonin training, have Jonin-level ability in a single area or skill, much like warrant officers of real-world militaries. They are elite specialists in their areas and are often assigned as subordinates to regular Jonin when their services are needed.
■ Chunin (20-30 Points)
Chunin (中忍, "Middle Ninja") are ninja who are qualified to watch over and guide other ninja. Chunin have reached a level of maturity that primarily consists of leadership skills and tactical prowess. They serve as teacher or team leaders in charge of small teams who need to make decisions and utilize the skills of the shinobi under their command to the maximum effect. Chunin are typically sent on C-Rank or B-Rank missions.
■ Genin (11-19 Points)
Genin (下忍; "Low Ninja/Junior Ninja") are the lowest level of ninja and also the ones that display the most difference in power. They are typically sent either on D-Rank missions, which are almost entirely risk-free jobs of manual labor, or, very rarely, on C-Rank missions, which are a cut above that and begin to verge on real "ninja" work that have a very low possibility of risk to the ninja involved.
■ Academy Student (0-10 Points)
The academy is where would-be ninja start; they are not actually considered ninja until they graduate. Basic weapon and tool usage, such as simple kunai and shuriken throws and exploding tag usage, are commonly taught. Elementary ninja techniques, though they vary from village to village, are also taught. These include the Trabsformation Technique, Rope Escape Technique, Body Replacement Technique, Clone Technique, and Cloak of Invisibility Technique.
■ Missing-nin (You will be put here when your not online within 1 month)
Missing-nin (抜け忍, nukenin; English TV "Rogue Ninja") are ninja who left their village, often because they have committed criminal acts. The ninja village that they are from try to track them down and eliminate them. Kirigakure has a special hunter-nin taskforce whose only objective is killing traitorous ninja.
Point System
Points are needed to be on a Higher Rank, and points shows how active,strong and loyal you really are.
Points will also be acting as your level.
Maximum Number Of Points is 99 And Minimum is 0
Ill provide Missions whenever there is, and 7NS can also give missions to there Apprentice, But Ill Be The Only One to Give Points to all the members.
Points are Rewarded as Follows:
■ Being Active. And managing threads.
■ Having the Correct Siganture.
■ Going up in Rank.
■ Having/Winning battles.
■ Obeying all the rules and Regulations.
