Due to recent events that have occured many members are seeking to train to better themselves for the battles ahead. I've constructed these special training grounds to help our members improve. You can do all sorts of training here from weights to sparring.

Battle Grounds

The battle grounds house various turrains that can favor any type of element.

Gravity Chamber

The gravity chamber can go to 2000x Soul Societys gravity. Its the ideal place for physical training.

Kido Grounds

The kido grounds are built on a special piece of land that amplifies spirit energy making it the best place to train in kido.

I suppose their is a limit to how powerful you can get just by beating up on maggots till their all knocked out...

Can we spar in the gravity room as well? For now I'll just practice shumpo in there.

*sets gravity chamber to 250X gravity and falls to floor immediately* damn, this is a little heavier than i thought *slowly starts to get up* i wonder if i use the spirit cuff while here will i get any...... *puts in a pair of spirit cuffs so that i train my spiritual power as i train my body*
